OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF OHIO WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes is sponsored by Osgar’s Auto Body (“Osgar’s Auto Body” or “Sponsor”), located at 552 Oak St, Mansfield, OH 44907.
HOW TO ENTER
Beginning on September 14, 2026, at 8:00AM Eastern Time through September 27, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Phase”), eligible participants may enter one the following ways:
Automatic Method of Entry – During the Entry Phase, eligible individuals who follow Osgar’s Auto Body on Facebook and tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official giveaway Facebook post will receive one (1) entry.
Alternative Method of Entry – Eligible participants may also enter by completing an online entry form at www.osgarsautobody.com/osgars-reformatory-giveaway-entry-form/ during the Entry Phase. Entry forms must be completely filled in and include all required information, including without limitation: first and last name, email address, physical address, phone and date. One (1) entry per person.
Attempting to enter more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open only to legal residents of and within the state of Ohio who are 18 years of age and older as of September, 2026. Employees of Osgar’s Auto Body, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not permitted to participate in the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes. The potential winner must sign an applicable Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release to be awarded the Prize.
DRAWING
- A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 28, 2026, by Osgar’s Auto Body to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and or email on or about September 28, 2026, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release within two days of the date they are notified by Osgar’s Auto Body. The potential winner will be asked to provide personal information, such as the potential winner’s name, physical address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the opportunity to be awarded the Prize and Osgar’s Auto Body shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate winner. The failure to respond to Osgar’s Auto Body’s notice within two days of Osgar’s Auto Body’s first attempt to notify may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Osgar’s Auto Body, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to Osgar’s Auto Body to use the winner’s name, image, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information, and address (city and state) to include in a winners list and for marketing purposes to promote future promotions without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
THE PRIZE
The prize will consist of four (4) tickets to the Ohio State Reformatory and four (4) t-shirts (the “Prize”).
- Total Prize value: $224.84. One (1) Prize will be awarded. No other items, services, or expenses are included. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Osgar’s Auto Body reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, which shall be considered the Prize. The Prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official Rules. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Osgar’s Auto Body may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Osgar’s Auto Body may award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of Osgar’s Auto Body.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- BY ENTERING THE OSGAR’S AUTO BODY REFORMATORY TOUR SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD OSGAR’S AUTO BODY HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN OSGAR’S AUTO BODY REFORMATORY TOUR SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Osgar’s Auto Body will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, illegible, destroyed, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or general unresponsiveness; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in The Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes, Osgar’s Auto Body reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, a winner (assuming compliance with these Official Rules) will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the entry form.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE OSGAR’S AUTO BODY REFORMATORY TOUR SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RELEASE OF OSGAR’S AUTO BODY
Each entrant forever releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Sponsor from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or in any way connected with the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to Osgar’s Auto Body Reformatory Tour Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Mansfield, OH.

WINNER LIST + OFFICIAL RULES
For the name of the Prize winner, available after October 4, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Osgar’s Auto Body. For Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Osgar’s Auto Body by September 27, 2026.
